Anja Löschner has been working in production planning since 2016. She started at DOPAG, where she played a key role in the introduction of a new order management system. After a short time, she moved to business unit Industrial Technolgy, where she coordinated the warehouse, belt production and internal sales. Since 2023, as Head of Materials Management, she has been primarily responsible for managing the warehouse, belt production and scheduling within Industrial Engineering.

Daniel Geier knows every detail of our DOPAG metering and mixing systems. The graduate engineer (FH) started his career in 1993 as head of the technical centre at the Mannheim site. His enthusiasm for metering and mixing technology has accompanied him through various positions within our company and today he is the CTO (Chief Technology Officer) of the HILGER&KERN GROUP. This means that he has the main responsibility for the technology area worldwide.

Jochen Handrich began his dual studies at the DHBW in Mannheim in 2003 and became intensively acquainted with our metering and mixing technology division. After successfully completing his studies, he was taken on as a test engineer in the DOPAG technical centre. In 2008 he successfully completed further training to become an adhesives engineer. Through various positions he rose to become Director Competence Center for Germany. Here, together with his team, he is responsible for the project business for DOPAG.

In 2001, Alexander Kessler began his dual studies at the DHBW Mannheim. His interest in metering and mixing technology was aroused and after graduating in 2004 he became a test engineer at the DOPAG technical centre at the Mannheim site. Shortly afterwards, he took on his first management tasks as head of the test field and became head of the technical centre in 2015. He has been Director Technical Service Center since 2020. Alexander Kessler is also a consultant at the Adhesive Bonding Technology Centre.
